At Aurizene, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • You must provide proof of purchase or your order number.

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Aurizene does not provide prepaid return labels unless the return is due to a verified fault, damage, or an error on our part.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.


Return Processing Fee

Due to handling, inspection, processing, and restocking costs associated with rare and precious gemstones, a 35% deduction will be applied to the original order value for all approved returns.

The refund amount will be calculated after deducting:

  • 35% restocking and processing fee

  • Any original shipping charges (if applicable)

  • Any additional costs incurred due to the return


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us at hello@aurizene.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photographs of the issue.

We will review the claim and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Special order items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Products that have been altered, worn, damaged, or used after delivery

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before making a purchase.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different item, please submit a return request for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned with all original packaging and documentation.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Customers remain responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note that any applicable processing, handling, or restocking deductions permitted under applicable law may still apply.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
